PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic actuator which does not cause unevenness of drive force of seizure, sliding while preventing the accumulation of a deposit film. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic oscillator 10 comprises an elastic body and an electromechanical energy transducer (piezoelectric laminate 13) fixed to the elastic body, and oscillation is generated on the surface of the elastic body by applying AC voltage to the piezoelectric laminate 13. A mover (rail 21) shifts relatively to the ultrasonic oscillator 10 by being pressure-welded to the surface of the elastic body. A sliding member 15, which contains stone powder, is provided on one side at least of the pressure-welding face between the ultrasonic oscillator 10 and the mover. |
