PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectrically vibrating gyro whose mass productivity is high. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of opposite driving electrodes 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b and two sets of detection electrodes 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are arranged on two opposite piezoelectric ceramic 10, and bending vibrations are caused by the driving electrodes 11 a to 12b. Coriolis' force by an angular velocity is detected and output through the detection electrodes 13a to 14b. Since the electrodes are formed only on two faces, side faces can be worked easily, and the adjustment or the like of the resonant frequency can be performed easily. |
