PURPOSE: To obtain a high operating speed at a small power loss by constituting a differential amplifier having a differential amplifier branch of a specific circuit and operating the amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The emitters of transistors 1, 2, and 4 constituting a differential amplifier are connected to a power source VEE through a current source transistor 3 and the transistors 1 and 4 calculate the OR between input signals D1 and D2. When the transistors 1 and 4 calculate the OR, transistors 6 and 7 act as diodes and make signal levels symmetrical with respect to the center of supply potentials VCC and VEE. In addition, the charging/discharging current of a capacitance at an output terminal 8 is supplied with a low resistance from the VCC and VEE through the transistors 6 and 7 while the output terminal 8 is switched from L to H and H to L. Moreover, resistors 5 and 9 are selected to prescribed values so that no transverse current may flow in a dormant state. |
