PURPOSE:To increase the frequency of repeatability in an optical information recording medium such as a phase transition type optical disk while reducing the amt. of jitter contained in a reproduced signal even in the case of overwriting with a single beam. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting layer is formed as a layer having a twolayered structure consisting of a 1st reflecting layer 5 and a 2nd reflecting layer 6. The 1st reflecting layer 5 is made of a material satisfying an inequality k<=0.76n+1.8 [where (k) is extinction coefft. and (n) is refractive index] and the 2nd reflecting layer 6 is made of a material having higher heat conductivity than the material of the 1st reflecting layer 5. The amt. of jitter is reduced by the 1st reflecting layer 5 and the frequency of repeatability is increased by the 2nd reflecting layer 6. |
