PURPOSE:To display a line picture signal on a display section uniformly when a line number of the picture signal sent through a line and a line number displayed on the display section differ from each other. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a 1st address signal (c) from a counter 112, a table section 114 converts the 1st address signal into 2nd and 3rd address signals (e) corresponding to each of CIF or QCIF picture data stored in a picture memory 113 by which each of the picture data is accessed in average and gives the result to the picture memory. As a result, the picture data stored in the picture memory are read in average and given to a display section 13, by which the display picture quality of the display section is uniformized. |
