PURPOSE:To control magnetic flux and torque accurately by giving a constant setting value which is obtained by inputting primary self-impedance and iron loss conductance of an no-load testing means to a magnetic flux torque controller. CONSTITUTION:No-load testing equipment 61, 62, and 63 input current and input voltage of an induction electric motor 2 by a current detector 3 and a voltage detector 4 and then obtain primary self-impedance L11, L12, and L13 of the electric motor 2 and then output them to a constant setting equipment 13. Iron loss testing equipment 121 and 122 input the input current and input voltage of the electric motor 2 from detectors 3 and 4 and then outputs the iron loss conductance obtained by an iron loss conductance operator 123 to the setting equipment 13. The setting equipment 13 obtains the output of the testing equipment 61, 62, and 63, the operator 123, a DC testing equipment 7, etc., and then gives a constant setting value to a magnetic flux controller 11. The controller 11 outputs a switching signal for controlling the magnetic flux torque of the electric motor 2 along with the input constant to an inverter 1 via a selector 14. |
