<p>PURPOSE:To structure the production control system relatively easily even as to a large-scale production system and easily make alterations by incorporating only information which is necessary among a preprocess, a self-process, and a postprocess in individual production controllers. CONSTITUTION:The production control system consists of a network of the production controllers. Therefore, the production schedule of the self-process can be obtained from the production controller for the postprocess which is connected to the self-process. Further, a procurement schedule required to attain the production schedule of the self-process can be calculated and the calculated adjustment schedule can be sent to the production controller for the preprocess. This chaining enables the necessary procurement and necessary production can be performed. This production system is therefore divided into systems including the preprocess, self-process, and postprocess as one unit, so this system can be applied reasonably even when there is a complex chain where a flow of articles have a branch or confluence.</p> |
