<p>PURPOSE:To provide a flyback transformer in which the number of components and the manhour required for assembling work are reduced. CONSTITUTION:The flyback transformer comprises a primary winding, a secondary winding, and a variable resistor for outputting an intermediate voltage from the secondary winding, wherein a securing rib 2 is provided on the inner peripheral part of a bobbin 1 for high voltage winding in order to load a high voltage rectifying diode 3. The lead 5 of the diode 3 is secured to the stud of the bobbin 1 to provide a terminal for connecting the end of the secondary winding with the lead 5 of the diode 3. Since a high voltage rectifying diode is loaded using a securing rib provided on the inner peripheral part of a bobbin for high voltage winding and the lead is secured to a stud planted on the bobbin to provide a terminal for connecting the lead with the secondary winding, manhour can be reduced along with the number of components.</p> |
