<p>PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic recording/reproducing device capable of reducing the handling time required for the operation of setting a guide channel, improving the operability of a user and improving the operability at the time of the operation of forwarding a channel. CONSTITUTION:A video recording reserving device is provided with a G code reservation setting means 11 and a position (broadcast channel information) input means 12. A G code fetched from the G code reservation setting means 11 is given to a micro computer 13 to be decoded, and the guide channel is led out. The decoded guide channel is compared and discriminated whether or not the same guide channel is written in a guide channel information storage means 14. Then, when no, the setting of the guide channel is conducted, and the G code reserving operation is ended by that the position for receiving a broadcast channel of a program to which the relevant G code is added is inputted from the position input means 12.</p> |
