<p>PURPOSE:To provide a transfer data amount corresponding terminal regulation device in which the inequality of a data transfer opportunity from a terminal can be corrected, in a data switchboard. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a communications interface 1 means 1 to the terminal, reception processing means 3 which processes reception data from the terminal, data counting means 2 which counts reception data amounts, regulation normal value storage means 5 which operates terminal regulation information according to the prescribed reception data amounts, abolition normal value storage means 6 which instructs data abolition according to the prescribed data amounts, and regulation processing means 4 which compares the reception data count value with the regulation normal value, instructs the communications regulation information when the reception data count value is larger than the regulation normal value, compares the reception data count value with the abolition normal value, instructs the abolition of the reception data when the reception data count value is larger than the abolition normal value, and controls the increase or decrease of the abolition normal value based on a difference between the number of times of the regulation information and the number of times of the abolition instruction.</p> |
