A description is given of a passenger seat (10) with an integrated child seat. The seat plate (12) of the passenger seat (10) has a first and a second seat-plate part (18, 20). The second seat-plate part (20) is mounted pivotably on a base element (22) by means of lateral pivot levers (26, 28) and can be adjusted between a passenger seat position and a raised child seat position. The pivot levers on each side of the passenger seat (10) in each case form a five-bar lever mechanism (24) in an manner such that on adjustment from the passenger seat position into the child seat position the second seat-plate part (20) is first inclined up relative to the first seat-plate part (18) and then adjusted in an arcuate manner. A second child seat may be integrated into the back rest (14) of the passenger seat (10). <IMAGE>
