The invention relates to a shoe with a shoe upper part (1) and a shoe base (4) which is connected to the shoe upper part and has a sole (2) and a heel (3), gripping means (5) projecting in the form of nails, studs, spikes or the like being provided on the sole (2) and/or on the heel (3) of the shoe base.
