The screwdriver for transmission of small torques, in particular in electronics and precision mechanics, comprises a handle (1) with a contracted area (4), and a blade (2) fixed in the handle, and is characterised in that there is provided in the handle region, between the contracted area (4) and the start of the blade (2), a ring zone (8) which has a larger outside diameter than the handle region (5, 3) adjoining the contracted area (4). The ring zone (8) can be formed by a ring body (7) which is axially displaceable on the handle. The user is able to actuate the screwdriver with greater or lesser rotational precision. The screwdriver is ergonomically adjustable to the user's hand size and finger length. <IMAGE>
