The invention relates to a process for the production of ketoximes from ketones and hydroxylamine as starting materials in an inorganic reaction medium in the presence of an organic solvent suitable for the extraction of the ketoxime from the reaction medium, in which the starting materials and the inorganic reaction medium are introduced into a centrifugal reactor rotating at high speed around an axis of rotation and having a multiplicity of separate reaction spaces concentrically surrounding the axis of rotation and separated by perforated walls, and are brought into contact therein under reaction conditions and reaction products which are essentially separated according to organic and inorganic product phase are recovered.
