The invention concerns recombinant DNA molecules which code for polypeptides possessing the antigenicity of the allergenes Alta53, Alta22 and Alta11 or for peptides having at least one epitope of these allergenes. These molecules are characterized in that they contain nucleic-acid sequences which correspond in homologous fashion to the sequences 1, 3-5, 7-9, 12 and 13 or to parts of these sequences, or nucleic-acid sequences which hybridize with the above nucleic-acid sequences under strictly controlled conditions.
