摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembling accuracy and working property of assembly operation by constituting a rotation sensor, detecting a position of an adjusting rod free of longitudinal motion, so as to make it assemblable to a circuit substrate in advance as one integral block via a clip body. CONSTITUTION:In a lamp housing 7 clamped to a car body, there is provided with a tilting device 21 which performs leveling adjustment for a headlight unit 2, and an intermediate part 58 of an adjusting rod 54 is inserted, free of rotation, into a hole 50a of a rod supporter 50 supported on its casing 22 free of slide motion, and the front end is pivotally supported on the unit 2. Then, a rotor 70 as one body with a worm wheel 72 is screwed in a screw shaft part 52 of the rod supporter 50, and rotation of a motor 61 is transmitted via a worm gear 68 or the like. In addition, there is provided with a position detecting sensor 80 for the adjusting rod 54, and this sensor is constituted of a dislike contact holding plate 81 and a sensor gear 85 or the like and fitted in the outside of a clip 90, and a tip part of this clip 90 is engaged with a mounting hole 75 of a circuit substrate 74, thereby having it held in form being attached in between.</p>
