Heads able to maintain their appearance in a fine golden color tone for a long time without damaging the function as the head of the golf club, wherein said head itself or the surface part thereof or the one part thereof is made of copper alloy. Namely, said copper alloy is comprised with 7-9% Al, 2-4% Ni, 2-3% Fe, 0.1-3% Mn, 0.001-0.01% Ti, 0.1-1.0% Au, 0.1-1.0% Ag and any one or both of 0.003-1% Co and 0.001-0.1% B and residual Cu (all components are shown in % by weight) and the alloy is shaped by hot working. <IMAGE> |
