Platforms 1, provided with cavities 2, are intended for supporting and receiving elements 3 or seed boxes proper composed of frustoconical bodies with grid-type walls 7 and base ribs 9, for supporting the compound's substrate, which allows ramification of the roots both laterally and downwards. The seed box 3 is made from plastic material with additives which accelerate its decomposition. The invention allows transplanting directly into the planting bed (nursery), saving manpower and reducing breakage of plants in the cavities. <IMAGE>
