The nock for the arrow is used as a device for fitting the stem of the arrow to the bow-string for shooting and for taking up the impact of the string at its shooting. It has a many times longer life. The nock is executed as a monolith body of plastic material, consisting of a front part in the form of a hollow cylindrical body, a middle part being a chamfered solid body and rear part in the form of a U-shaped fork, turned upwards for placing the bow-string. The front part of the nock is externally reinforced by a thin-walled supporting bushing.
