PURPOSE:To prevent an improper fusion sealing of a tube by providing a stopper member which hinders the movement of a seal head to make a high frequency generating switch inoperative and which is so constructed as to be detached from between seal heads when the tube is set. CONSTITUTION:At the time of fusion sealing of a tube, when an arm 50 is pulled toward a grip 60, a seal head 21 of a sealer 20 moves to narrow the space between itself and a seal head 22 thereof so as to hold the tube therebetween by pressing from both the sides. High-frequency waves are then supplied from the positive electrode of the seal head 21 and the negative electrode of the seal head 22 to effect the fusion sealing of the tube. At this time, a stopper member 30 hinders the movement of the seal heads when it is located between them and is detached from there only when the tube is set. Since in this way high-frequency is not generated when the arm 50 is gripped, the sealing operation can be performed without causing the sparks thrown off to scorch the electrodes. |
