FOOD FOR PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

The food is applied in the prophylaxy and therapeutical feeding of patients with arterial hypertension. It reduces the risk of raising the blood pressure due to the high content of arginine in it. The food contains, in %: from 25 to 80 cereal components, from 10 to 75 ballast products, from 5 to 10 milk additive, from 5 to 60 fruit and vegetable additive, from 0.3-2.0 vitamin premix and peas guaranteeing the arganine content above 0.33.
