PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent physical properties and excellent adhesivity both to fluororesins and polyamide resins. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is composed of (A) 5-50wt.% of a polyamide resin consisting of polyamide 12 and/or polyamide 11 and/or polyamide 12.12 and/or polyamide 6.10 and/or pol.yamide 6.12 and/or polyamide elastomer or a copolymer composed mainly of the monomers of the above polyamides, (B) 95-50wt.% of a fluororesin consisting of a copolymer comprising at least the unit derived from tetrafluoroethylene and the unit derived from ethylene and (C) 1-50wt.% of a thermoplastic urethane resin having a glass transition temperature of <=40 deg.C. |
