<p>A portable score board for table tennis consists of a large board made of sheet steel, wood or plastic and which forms a housing for a number of circuit board. The circuit boards are fitted with light emitting diodes which are grouped to form numbers indicating the score angainst the player's name. The player's name is written on the board with a special crayon that can be easily removed. The score board is powered by batteries. Selector switches are fitted near the lower edge of the board or a remote control panle can be used. The board can be mounted on the trolley for ease of transport or carried by a handle fitted to the top edge.</p> |
