PURPOSE:To continuously use a residual material in a pot, while a product portion is subjected to vulcanization without vulcanizing the raw material charged into the pot, by making temperature differences between the pot and an upper plate of a cavity plate, enhance economy of the raw material and improve the finish of the product by cutting a spool of the product in a short length and in a fixed position at all times. CONSTITUTION:A heat-insulating material 5 is spread and mounted between a pot 3 having a plurality of hot water holes 4 provided in its bottom and an upper plate 8 of a cavity plate having a plurality of heater holes 7 provided in the upper plate, and several grooves 6 for air convection are formed at the lower part of the heat-insulating material 5. A sleeve 11 whose lower end is made of a heat-insulating material 10 is fitted to a rubber material passage 9 communicating to the pot 3 and the upper plate 8 of the cavity plate. A small, gap 6' is provided on the outer periphery of the sleeve through the heat- insulating material 5 on the underface of the pot and the upper plate 8 of the cavity plate, and the upper plate of the cavity plate and the lower plate thereof are opposed to each other. |
