PURPOSE:To obtain a packaging material with detachable cushioning materials, which can protect a product without using foamed materials, and its assembly method. CONSTITUTION:Cushioning materials l are inserted into all through-holes in a packaging corrugated board 4, except for ones in the four corners. To assemble the corrugated board 4 into a packaging material 7, the through-holes in the four corners of the corrugated boat-d 4 at-e fitted out the adjacent cushioning materials 1, and the packaging materials 7 are connected to both side of a product 6. The product 6 is put into a box 16 having an enough size to accommodate the product 6 with the cushioning materials 7 on both sides, and upper and lower tack flaps 17 and 18 are bent down to close the box 16. |
