PURPOSE:To easily and adequately store an ink jet record head and to take it out from an airtight container without polluting a hand by a constitution wherein an inner section of ink jet record head is filled with a preservation liquid that has non-hydroscopic property and is colorless and transparent and the head is installed in the airtight container. CONSTITUTION:An ink jet record head 100 consists of an ink jet tip 60 and a frame 40 with which the tip is assembled. The tip 60 comprises ink ejection nozzles 9, a supplying inlet 220 and a filler 70. The head 100 is supported by a receiving section 51, installed in a container 25 and sealed with a cover 24. An inner section of the tip 60 is filled with a preservation liquid L that has non-hydroscopic property and is colorless and transparent by an amount that can fill an ejection nozzle 9 to a filler 70. The ejection nozzle 9 are sealed with a sealing member 22. The preservation liquid L is selected from glycerol thiodiglycol, acetylenol and pure water. Thereby, it is possible to easily and adequately store the head 100. |
