<p>PURPOSE:To provide a memory system for contents of generated abnormality of an injection molding machine which is easy to seek after the cause of a trouble, identifies easily past history and is capable of performing statistical processing also. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding machine provided with an injection device 1, mold device 10, mold clamping device 20 and a control device controlling these devices 10, 20, an input device 51 to set up actions of the devices 1, 10, 20 each, a detecting device 50 detecting the actions of the devices 1, 10, 20 each and a comparison device 52 comparing data detected by the detecting device 50 with data set up by the input device 51 and judging whether the data is abnormal or not are provided on a memory system for contents of generated abnormality. Furthermore, the memory is constituted of an alarm.display device 53 which suspends necessary apparatuses of the devices 1, 10, 20 each and a member 36 and displays an abnormal position when the comparison device 52 judges it abnormal and a storing device 54 storing the abnormal position or its contents or an injection molding mode at that time or a down time.</p> |
