<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a deodorizer from chaff which used to be disposed of as waste and not to be utilized at all, by using liquid chaff vinegar extracted and collected from the discharged smoke after combustion generated from the chaff in the process of burning and carbonizing the chaff, as the deodorizer. CONSTITUTION:The chaff vinegar extractor A is composed of a chaff carbonizing furnace 2 formed in a cylindrical shape to burn chaff as fumigating, a supply conveyor connected continuously to the upper part of the carbonizing furnace 2 to supply chaff into the furnace 2 automatically and chimneys 4 connected continuously with the inside of the carbonizing furnace 2 and installed upright in a row by the side of said furnace. Thereupon, in the process where the discharged smoke after combustion generated from the chaff burnt in the carbonizing furnace 2 as fumigating passes through the chimneys 4, the chaff vinegar is cooled and extracted from the discharged smoke after combustion. In this manner, the objective deodorizer can be manufactured from the liquid chaff vinegar extracted and collected in the process of burning the chaff as fumigating which used to be disposed of as waste and not to be utilized at all.</p> |
