<p>PURPOSE:To provide a mobile type apparatus used both as a dipping water tank for rice and as a rice steamer for brewing SAKE (Japanese rice wine). CONSTITUTION:This mobile type apparatus used both as a rice-dipping water tank and as a rice steamer is provided by installing a valve 2 for discharging steam at the base of a heat insulating vessel 1, wheels 3 on the undersurface thereof so as to provide a mobile type, covering the water tank with a lid 4 and further installing a steam jetting port 5 in the upper part.</p> |
