PURPOSE:To automatically prepare a layout very efficiently without depending on the experience of workers. CONSTITUTION:The specification of each type and its required quantities for outer packaging cases required by packaging are stored in an outer packaging case developing masters 21 and 22 in advance based on the quantities of members to be packaged within a specified period of time and their characteristics. It is then retrieved at a layout terminal 2 in order starting from the depth side of a container by artificial intelligence or an expert system whether or not there exists an space around the outer packaging cases which have already been loaded, and any outer packaging case satisfying conditions that are stored in a loading condition table 10 in advance, is arranged in the space. |
