PURPOSE:To lessen the working burden of shipping/receiving, and realize a rapid process by performing planned shipping processes such as sorting by destination at the time when a scheduled receiving information file is prepared. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a receiving schedule is firmly determined if scheduled receiving information is available, and at the time when ordering is firmly determined if scheduled receiving information is not available, planned sort processing by destination is performed at once by a planned sorting means 13. Besides, when firm receiving information is available after planned sort processing is finished, the difference between scheduled receiving information and firm receiving information is taken out as difference information by a first difference information generating means 15, correction is made to a sorting plan based on the difference information by a sorting plan correction means 17 before actual receiving is processed. When actual receiving has been processed, the difference between planned receiving information and firm receiving information is taken out based on the result of article inspection by a second difference information generating means 16, and further correction is made to the sorting plan based on the difference information by a sorting plan correction means 17. |
