<p>PURPOSE: To prevent foams from being formed on the inner side of a cardboard during the heat actuation by providing a hole drilled at right angle, with respect to the cardboard in an inner heat sealable coating at least in an area to be sealed. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular blank for a parallelepiped foldable box container is formed of a composite cardboard with a foil fitted to the inner side of the container, and a heat sealable plastic coating PE is applied to the inner and outer sides. Before forming the foldable box container, a folding line 1 is given to the blank. To form a triangular foldable pocket, the PE and an aluminum foil are attached to the inner side, and a hole is formed in an inner area 2. A hole is similarly and preferably drilled in an outer area 4 for a web seam. When the outer side of the container is densely coated, a hole is drilled from the outer side of the inner area 2 and from the outer area 4. The bottom area of the blank is actuated by the inner and outer areas 2, 4, and the generated vapor runs out of the hole.</p> |
