<p>PURPOSE:To improve work performance at the time of fitting a high-mount stop lamp to the rear door of an automobile. CONSTITUTION:A high-mount stop lamp 10 is fitted to an automobile rear door by making a lens face a hole 20 provided at the bottom part 19 of the rear door having a cover part 18 and the bottom part 19 extended downward from the rear end of the cover part 18. In such high-mount stop lamp fitting structure, a supporting plate 16 is provided being disposed in front of the bottom part 19 and below the cover part 18. This supporting plate 16 has a slit 22 extended in the longitudinal direction of a body, and the high-mount stop lamp 10 has a protrusion 34, insertable into the slit 22, at the lower face. The protrusion 34 and the slit 22 are so formed that the body cross direction fitting position of the high-mount stop lamp 10 in relation to the hole 20 is determined when the protrusion 34 is inserted into the slit 22.</p> |
