PURPOSE:To obtain a plate cylinder for printing for thick paper which prevents breakage and creasing of stencil paper, attains saving of printing ink and dispenses with cleaning of the printing ink. CONSTITUTION:A metal roll 2 for printing, a resin film layer 3 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the metal roll 2 for printing, an ink holding layer 4 made of felt which covers the outer peripheral surface of the film layer 3 and contains and stores printing ink, and stencil paper 5 which is so provided as to cover the outside of the ink-holding layer 4 and of which the back sheet is made of paper, woven fabric or the like, are provided. |
