PURPOSE:To provide an electronic distributing ignition device, which a power transistor for preventing thermal deformation of a member, and in which an ignition device and an ignition coil are integrally formed, even when the thermal deformation of the member is generated due to a temperature at connection time, from obstructing a lamination structure. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic distribution ignition device in which a single coil 3, 4 is mounted on a single spark plug and further the ignition coils 3, 4 and an ignition device having a power transistor 18 are integrally formed, the device is formed by mounting a power transistor chip 18 bonded through a bonding means to a molybdenum plate bonded to a mounting surface of a copper heat sink through a wax material and further molded in a plane shape with the copper heat sink. Here by working the copper heat sink and the molybdenum plate plasticized into a plane shape by press, not only the power transistor chip 18 but also a hybrid IC substrate 19 are mounted on the copper heat sink. |
