PURPOSE:To enhance stability during a turn by properly performing differential limiting according to the condition of a road surface and the turning state, CONSTITUTION:A differential limiting means 65 for limiting the differential function of an inter-wheel differential gear on the basis of the difference in rotation between right and left wheels, a calculation means for calculating the difference between a lateral acceleration value calculated from steering angle and vehicle speed and a measured value of lateral acceleration detected by a lateral acceleration sensor, and a differential limiting correction means 66 for correcting the control characteristic of the differential limiting means according to the difference, are provided. The differential limiting correction means 66 corrects the control characteristic so that the greater the difference, the smaller the control gain G of the differential limiting means.
