PURPOSE:To alternate automatically an in-use receiver when getting out of order with a stand-by receiver, by making a decision on whether or not there are squelch signals of both the in-use and stand-by receivers by comparison between both the signals when channels agree. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with exclusive in-use receivers 31...3n each for one channel, and stand-by receiver 4 which can be changed over to all or some of channels. Then, the channel of receiver 4 is assigned by switch 7 cyclically and when channels agree, comparison decision 12 on whether there are squelch signals of both the in-use receivers 31...3n, and that of receiver 4 is made; when one of in-use receivers 31...3n gets out of order, the channel of receiver 4 is fixed and alternation with the stand-by receiver is made automatically. |
