<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a double feeding making a border between the remaining paper sheets in a sheet feeding cassette and paper sheets for supply. CONSTITUTION:In an image recording device in which paper sheets are loaded and housed in a paper sheet feeding cassette 20, the cassette 20 is installed to a device main body 10, a feeder roll 21 in the device main body 10 is rotated, the loaded sheets in the feeding cassette 20 are delivered sheet by sheet, and the recording is carried out to the sheets in order, a sliding roller 31 is installed to the sheet feeding cassette 20 through a roller holding device 30, movable manually. The sliding roller 31 is made of a steel wool, a nylon wool, or the like. And before paper sheets are supplied halfway, the uppermost sheet of the remaining sheets in the sheet feeding cassette 20 is slided by the sliding roller 31 to increase the friction resistance, and the friction resistance between the uppermost sheet of the remaining sheets, and the lowermost sheet of the supplied sheets, is made equal to the friction resistance between the other sheets.</p> |
