PURPOSE: To simplify manufacture of parts by forming a boring blind hole with a comparatively large diameter in the blind hole bottom area into a conical shape and arranging a plastically deformable part in the radial direction of a pin type section in the area close to the blind hole bottom. CONSTITUTION: A pressure plate 1 is provided with a friction face 3 loading a friction lining of a clutch disc in operation of a clutch. A boring blind hole 12 is formed conically so that its diameter in a face area is smaller than that in a final area in the vicinity of the friction face 3. Production of the conical boring blind hole 12 is carried out in a single work process by boring the boring blind hole by means of a matching machine tool. In the area close to the boring blind hole bottom, a pin type section 7 of a rivet 5 is plastically deformed, so that a tangential plate leaf spring 2 can be surely fixed, white blind hole rivet 5 fixing operation can be carried out from the opposite side to the friction face 3. |
