PURPOSE:To smoothly peel the resin material cut in predetermined width by a pair of left and right circular cutters from the peripheral surface of a kneading roll by the pawl piece pressed to the kneading roll. CONSTITUTION:U-shaped movable frames A are arranged in opposed relation to a pair of front and rear kneading rolls 2 and the taking-out rollers 17 opposed to the kneading rolls 2 are supported at the upper and lower intermediate parts of both side frame plates 14 of the movable frames A. Pawl pieces 3 separating from and coming close to the peripheral surfaces of the kneading rolls 2 accompanied by shaking are supported on the upper sides of the taking- out rollers 17. A pair of circular cutters 26 separated in the axial direction of the kneading rolls 2 are supported on the shaking frames 24a supported under the taking-out rollers 17 of the movable frames A so as to separate from and come close to the kneading rolls 2. Fluid passages 49 are provided in the pawl pieces 3 and the base ends thereof are connected to a pressure fluid source and the blowoff ports of the leading ends of the fluid passages are opened to the rear surfaces of the leading end parts of the pawl pieces 3. |
