PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration the received picture quality caused by the noise piled on the phase signal by generating the pulse synchronized with the guard signal in the facsimile receiver or the like and then setting the AGC control voltage with every frame. CONSTITUTION:Pulse signal generator circuit 6 which delivers synchronized pulse signal Gd is provided at the front edge of guard signal G which is produced in synchronization with phase signal f. Then the smoothing capacitor, which is holding the AGC control voltage within AGC control part 3, is discharged by signal Gd. After this, the phase signal is charged to the smoothing capacitor only while the guard signal is being generated. As a result, the AGC control voltage can be set with every frame. |
