LASER BEAM WORKING METHOD AND LASER BEAM MACHINE

PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam processing method and machine capable of easily processing a work to a desired shape right after visual recognition of the work without limiting the work. CONSTITUTION:A guide fitting 1 has a pair of supporting plates 2a, 2b and two pieces of guide rails 3 for regulating he movement of a hand piece are disposed between the respective supporting plates 2a, 2b. A fixing screw 4 is fixed to the one supporting plate 2a and an adjusting screw to the other supporting plates 2b. The front end of this adjusting screw 5 is provided with a fixing plate 6. The guide fitting 1 is mounted on the bone 10 exposed within a living body prior to irradiation with a laser. The hand piece 20 is moved while the outside surface of the hand piece 20 comes into contact with either of two pieces of the guide rails 3 at all times.
