<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new fine alga strain having highly concentrated carbon dioxide resistance, low pH resistance and highly concentrated salt resistance, and to provide a method capable of treating carbon dioxide in an exhaust gas by a rough system using the new fine alga strain.
