PURPOSE:To enhance the sealing performance by preventing rise of the liquid pressure when the outer cylinder is subjected to a diametric reducing process. CONSTITUTION:A minute gap is formed between the outer cylinder 1 before the diametric reducing process and a seal rubber 4a at the upper periphery of an intermediate cylinder 3, and the outside diameter of the outer cylinder 1 is reduced from the bottom gradually to the top, and thereby the liquid corresponding to the decrement in the capacity of a liquid chamber 6 is allowed to flow out from the minute gap. |
