PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber-reinforced resin nut production method for easily removing a core provided at the center of a nut intermediate from the nut intermediate and simply producing a fiber-reinforced resin nut. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate production process, a fiber-reinforced resin layer is laminated on a surface of a rod-form metallic core 1 with a male screw part formed on its outer periphery. In a press molding process, the laminate is molded into a polygonal form by pressing. In a cutting process, nut intermediates 8 are formed by cutting the molded polygonal laminate into a predetermined length. In a metallic core dissolving process, the metallic core is dissolved by a means for dipping the nut intermediate in an acid or alkali solution, or by a means for thermally melting the metallic core when a low- melting alloy is used as the metallic core. |
