PURPOSE:To simplify installation of batteries and wire connecting work by removably attaching a battery mounting flange to a battery mounting eye provided below an outer frame and a partition member, and installing each battery reversely in storage portions. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 provided on the lower side of a floor panel 1 comprises side members 3 and front and rear cross members, and a side frame 8 is formed integrally with the side members 3 and a partition frame 11 serving as a partitioning member is mounted across front and rear cross frames. Batteries 14, which are disposed reversely in storage portions defined by the partition frame 11 and a spacer, each has a mounting flange 16 formed therewith along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, and a mounting eye 17 corresponding to the flange 16 is provided on the lower sides of the side frame 8 and the partition frame 11 and is secured thereto by a bolt and nut. Therefore replacement of the batteries 14 and removal of a harness can be done from below, and so costs can be reduced through reductions in the numbers of manufacturing and assembling man-hours. |
