MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MIXED YARN WOVEN FABRIC

The ultrafine blended yarn was blended with a different kind filament by the air textured process, the total yarn ratio between ultrafine yarn and the different kind filaments was 1:2 or 1:12. The feed ratio of each filament in air textured process had to be controlled to arrange the ultrafine yarn at the outer layer so that the natural appearances and good feelings of texture could be obtained.
