摘要

The ultrasonic welding machine for continuously welding materials such as a cross fan, improves the concentricity and straightness of tool horn and jigs, and enables to rotate the jig for increasing the accuracy of the product and minimizesing the inferiority of the product. The machine comprises a main body; a guide rail having a middle stationary plate standing at the both ends of the main body; a tool horn supporting section having a tool horn and lifted by a cylinder and guided by the guide rail; a jig supporting section having a jig and guided by the guide rail; a feed shaft fastened with the stationary plate with threaded joint; an electric motor for rotating the feed shaft.
