<p>PURPOSE:To enhance soundproof efficiency to improve habitability by forming a void between a heat insulating layer and the rear of an internal wall in an uneven shape, providing a soundproof layer to the internal wall in a connection space, and storing a heat exchange type ventilating fan in a soundproof box. CONSTITUTION:One surface of side surfaces 7a and 7b in wall spaces 7 is formed in the shape of a projection, and a projection and a recess as obstacles controlling sound absorption efficiency and the current of airborne dust with the side surfaces 7a and 7b are formed. After that, in a void 9 between internal walls 19, a soundproof layer 8 is fixed to the internal wall 19, and sounds of air passing through the void 9 and noises propagated from another dwelling space 2 are cut off. Then, the perimeter of a heat exchange type ventilating fan 26 is surrounded by a soundproof box 29. Air taken in from the outside is exhausted to an underfloor space 3 through the ventilating fan 26, pressure is applied by heating through an underfloor space heating section 10 and air- supply from the ventilating fan 26 to raise the spaces 7, air is moved to the dwelling space 2 through an attic space 1 and an air vent 22 to diffuse air, and finally it is exhausted from an exhaust port 24 to the outside through the ventilating fan 26.</p> |
