摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an assembling method between a fireproof material piece such as a glass silica piece and a metal piece by connecting a first member piece and a second member piece together while putting a thermally deformable bimetal element between both member pieces. CONSTITUTION: Three grooves 6 are arranged in the end of a roller 1, and in each of the grooves 6, two bimetal elements 4 are arranged, so that six bimetal elements 4 are arranged in total. The bimetal element 4 is formed of a strip type element made of nickel and nickel alloy firmly combined together. In the bimetal plate 4, a metal part 4a with the highest expansion coefficient is positioned on the outside of a warping part, while a second metal part 4b is positioned on the inside. According to a temperature rise in an assembly, play between the roller 1 and a metal ring 2 is increased, while the metal part 4a is expanded more greatly, so that a warp of the bimetal element 4 is increased. Therefore, the increase of play is compensated by the increase of a warp. Consequently, a binding force to be transmitted and an alignment condition between the roller 1 and the metal ring 2 are unified substantially.
